Property policies

Review these guidelines before and during your stay. They help protect the property, neighborhood, and off-grid systems.

House rules

  • Outdoor quiet time: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
  • No fires.
  • No fireworks.
  • No smoking or vaping.
  • Park only in designated areas.
  • Registered guests only.
  • Alert property management immediately about mechanical issues or property damage.

Pet policy

  • Maximum two pets total.
  • Notify us about pets when booking.
  • Use the provided furniture covers. Pets are allowed only on covered furniture.
  • Curb pets. Cleanup bags are provided.
  • Keep pets leashed in the neighborhood at all times.
  • Additional pet cleaning fees may apply.

Check-in / check-out

  • Check-out is 11 a.m.
  • Close all windows and turn off all lights.
  • Take all food with you.
  • Place garbage in the outside can.
  • Cover grills and return utensils.
  • Strip all bedding and place it in the laundry basket.
  • Leave interior doors open.

Utilities

  • This is an off-grid property.
  • Water is limited to approximately 100 gallons. Property management may refill during your stay if the supply is exhausted.
  • Conserve electricity. Use provided battery-powered devices.
  • No electric car or bike charging without prior approval.
  • No high-wattage appliances, including hair dryers and kettles. Use only supplied appliances.
  • Phone charging is okay.
  • Keep lights off when not in use.
  • Property management may need to access the property to start or stop the generator if power becomes low.
  • Property management monitors power 24 hours a day. Notify them of any power concerns.
  • Short showers are required.
